The Passenger's Bill of Rights is a practical guide that ENAC summary information useful for those traveling by air. 

Drawn up for the first time in 2001 and distributed in all Italian airports, thebill was then updated in 5 successive editions with a total circulation of over half a million copies; The fifth version was published in 2005, to coincide with the entry into force of new rules for the delay and cancellation of flights, to report in particular the increase of the amount of compensation payable by the carriers in the event of denied boarding due to overbooking, and the introduction of forms of compensation and assistance in the event of flight cancellation or long delays, as well as the extension of these protections to passengers on charter flights. 
The sixth edition, available in major Italian airports from 19 March 2009, presents you with a new layout, is renewed in style and content: takes into account, among other things, the recent European provisions on the rights of disabled passengers, the regulations regarding security and surveillance operators, the Regulation for the transport of liquids on board aircraft.

A new section is devoted to the "Rates Transparent", a legend of all the items that make up the final cost of a plane ticket.
